 Dr. Tshisekedi's Trip to Europe




I am just writing you a note to say that I've written the Kabila government
to protest its refusal to grant Dr. Tshisekedi a visa to travel to Europe
to present his peace initiative to the European Union. There is no
justification for such an act and it only serves to erode President
Kabila's credibility in the eyes of the international community.
