Trying to get a message to Marc Kapend

Dear UDPS

I am trying to get a message to Marc Kapend who used to live in Salongo/Lemba in Kinshasa with wife, children (Mami, Pamela, Twins, and maybe more) and has a sister named Valentine. I was reading the Points of View section on the UDPS web page and came across the name. Is it possible that this could be the same person who used to be a very good friend in Kinshasa (we actually met in Mbuji Mayi) many years ago? I have been very worried about him since all my efforts to contact him have failed and would love to know that he is okay. He can contact me at the email address below. P.S. I met Mr. Tshisekedi several years back when he was under house arrest in Kabeya Kamwanga. I have followed his involvement in the government of DRC ever since then. The UDPS website has made this much easier. Thank you.
