 I am a lawyer in the United States (Washington, D.C.) representing an 
 asylum applicant from the DRC who is a member of the UDPS.  I need some 
 help obtaining a current list of UDPS members who have been arrested, 
 tortured and killed by the Kabila forces.  I need the information as 
 soon as possible.  Can you give me information on where to get such a 
 list?  Thank you.
